Partial Payments for Invoices

Instead of paying for an entire invoice at once you can make partial payments. Partial payments can be make with a credit card, check, or your collected fundraiser amount.

Note: All invoices must be paid in full by your print ready date to avoid a delay in the production of your yearbooks.

1. Log in and select Editor Tools.

2. Select Orders and Invoice Orders.

3. Select Partially Pay.

4. Enter the amount you want to pay on your invoice and select Continue to Payment.

5. Select credit card, check, or fundraiser for payment. If you select fundraiser you will see your current fundraiser balance and the remaining fundraiser balance after the payment.

6. Payments are assigned an order number. Click OK.
