Canceling An Order Before the Deadline

An order for the current yearbook which was placed before the purchasing deadline can be canceled by you online. The cancellation must be done before the deadline.

1. Log in and select Settings to go to your account profile.


2. Select Orders.


3. Find the order in the order list. In the Action column, select Cancel.


4. Confirm that you want to cancel the order by clicking Yes.


5. You will see that the order was successfully canceled and receive an email notifying you of the cancellation.


6. If the order is over 120 days old, you will not be able to cancel it online and you will be notified to contact customer support.


Note: If the order does not have the cancel option and shows In Production, it means the book is being printed and cannot be canceled.
