Purchasing a Yearbook for the Current School Year

Here's how to purchase a yearbook for the current school year using an existing TreeRing account:

1. Log into your account and you will be on your homepage.

2. Select the student you are purchasing the book for from the Viewing dropdown.

3. Select 1. Buy Yearbook or click on Buy on the orange banner on the book image.

4. Select Quantities and Continue.

 5. If you see the hardcover upgrade option select yes or no and Select Options and Continue.

6. On the Purchase screen select the Payment Method and complete the required information. You must click on the Pay and Finish button to complete your order. You will then see a box which will show you your order number. A receipt will also be emailed to you.
 
NOTE: Money orders cannot be processed online as an eCheck.

    My daughter is now in 9th and at POly High school, the only information that is found when entering log on and password is for central middle school...please advise.

    Hi Wendy - It doesn't look like Poly High School is doing their yearbook with TreeRing. Please check with the school to see who they are using for their yearbook this year.

    Logging in is taking me to the Help page and not allowing me to purchase the yearbook; I cannot get past Help. I do have an account. It says I need to download flash, but I have a current version.

    i checked if order went through says payment received but has cancel next to it I dont want it cancelled i want to purchase the yearbook for Shane Robertson thank you Carla Robertson

    Hi Carla - You should only be concerned if it says Canceled next to the order under Status. Under Action the cancel option is there only to be used if you want to cancel the order.

    I confirm the pages but there no button to buy, it goes back to not ready to print.

    Hi Linda - I checked your account and you have purchased the yearbook. You can see the order in your account settings. It looks like you have extra custom pages which are duplicates. Please log into your account on your computer to confirm the pages and delete any you do not want. If you do want extra custom pages you can set them to print ready and you will be prompted to pay for them. Here are Help Center articles which will help you:

    from all the questions, it looks like every inquiry deals with not being able to login or navigate your site. This needs to be re-visited, because parents are wasting too much time on this!

    Hi Mercedes - Thank you for your feedback. Currently users do need to be using a browser with an updated version of Adobe Flash to access the TreeRing site. I have been able to log into your account using Firefox and Chrome browsers. Please try using those browsers and let us know if you continue to have an issue accessing our site.

    How do I order more than one yearbook for multiple kids but only check out once and only pay for one shipping cost? I refuse to pay $13.95 per yearbook thats crazy

    Olivia Brand (2nd Grade)
    When I log into the Tree Ring, it only allows me to order the new school year (2018-2019.)
    Please advise as to how I can place an order.
