I have photos on my phone and on shutterfly as well. How do I add those?

    Hi Magee,
If you have an iPhone, download the TreeRing iPhone app to upload your photos. Here's a video to show you how.

Unfortunately Shutterfly does not allow us to connect to them to pull in your photos from there.

Every time I try to upload a photo from my computer, it says "There was an issue with image security during the upload process." and the photo does not upload.

    Hi Kimi,
That's strange. I'm guessing it is some security software on your computer or network... Can you try to upload from a different computer and/or network?

  • Avatar
    Kimi Corp

OK - pulled out my hotspot instead of using the network here at work. That did the trick - thanks

I added a photo and it turned it sideways...how can I change it back to upright?

  • Avatar
    Aaron Greco

    Hi Pam,
Click on the photo or the (i) icon depending where your looking at the photo so that it comes up big on the screen. Then mouse over the photo and you'll see two arrows, one turning left and one turning right. Click on one to turn.

I am the only editor of our yearbook and ask the teachers to upload their pics throughout the school year. Are they able to access this page? If so, I'll email this link to teachers for easy reference. (This will be our 3rd year with TreeRing but we have some new teachers who need instructions.)

    Hi Merrie,
Yes, anyone can access this page. Feel free to forward to your teachers!

I can't select multiple Photos on OS X (10.10.2 (14C1514)), using Safari (Version 8.0.3 (10600.3.18)) and Adobe Flash Player (17.0.0.134)

I can select only single photos. Neither command/shift/control work, and selecting using the mouse (icon view) does not allow more than one selection.

(Please respond to malkia@gmail.com - I'm simply using my wife's account here to help out with our son's yearbook pictures)

As a workaround would try uploading to Facebook, and downloading.

Sorry for the issue Polya. I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Perhaps try using/downloading the Chrome browser? Maybe a reboot? I'm testing from same specs and not having an issue...

Aaron, you are awesome! Multi-select works again, after waiting an hour+ for Facebook import (200mb of pictures). I've simply opened a new instance of the app, and it's going through. So thanks a lot for testing it out quickly on your side!

I am downloading pictures and it stopped at 124 of 127 with a possible corrupted file per download and it appears frozen. How do I bypass this picture?

  • Avatar
    Debbie

Hi Stephanie - Refreshing your browser will stop the uploading process. Check your folder to see which photo(s) will still need to be uploaded.

When uploading pix from iphone, many of the images say"waiting to upload" or they just stall at "0%" and never upload. Any ideas what is happening? I can't upload using a computer due to issues with my computer. thx

  • Avatar
    Debbie

HI Sue - These messages occur because the wifi is not strong enough to support the uploading of photos. Make sure you are in a strong wifi and try uploading again.
