What do I do when I finish my custom pages?

Congratulations! You have worked hard on your child's custom pages and they are done! Now you need to set them to Print Ready so that they will be printed in your child's yearbook.

I hit print ready but didn't realize I could change the background color. Is there any way to still work with the pages?

    Hi Tamara,
You can Un-Print Ready your book by clicking the Print Ready button again. If it allows you to un-print ready you can still edit. If it gives you a message that your book is in the print process, you can not.

Is it possible to purchase the custom pages of our friends along with our own?

Hi Heidi - Yes, and you will do this by becoming friends in the school community. Here is a link which will show you how to find friends: https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200161504-Understanding-Friends-Signatures-and-Bling Once you are friends you can add their pages to your book like this: https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200016915-Adding-Additional-Custom-Pages-and-Paying-For-Them

I uploaded all the pictures and memories and they all say they are uploading for a while and when I go to print it says my pages are empty.

Hi Veronica - You must add the photos and the memories to the custom pages. Here is a link to the section about creating custom pages in our Help Center. The articles will show you how to add the content to the custom pages: https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/200978304-Creating-Custom-Pages I have unlocked your custom pages so that you can edit them. When you are done you will need to set them back to print ready.
