Saving Backgrounds & Graphics For Repeat Use

With over 5000 background templates and graphics to choose from, it is easy to find a favorite - and then lose it again. Use My Favorites and Team Favorites to easily find your favorite backgrounds and graphics!

To save your favorite background:

1. Log in and select Yearbook.

2. Click on a page spread to edit. Click on the Background tab at the bottom of the left page.

3. In the Type dropdown, choose Template and select Change.

4. By default you will see all of the Theme Backgrounds. To view all of the backgrounds select All Backgrounds from the dropdown.  There are other filters you can use as well.

5. When you or your yearbook team see a background you like, hover over the image and the green Fave button will appear in the top left corner of the template. 

6. Once you click Fave the background will be added to My Favorites, making it easy to find. If your yearbook team Faves backgrounds, you can find those when filtering Team Favorites in the dropdown.

To save your favorite graphic:

1. When you are on a page spread, select Add a Graphic in the editing tray under the pages.

2. By default you will see all of the Theme Objects. To view all of the objects select All Objects from the dropdown. There are other filters you can use as well.  You can also search for graphics.

3. When you or your yearbook team see a graphic you like, hover over the image and the green Fave button will appear above the graphic.

4. Once you click Fave the graphic will be added to My Favorites, making it easy to find. If your yearbook team Faves graphics, you can find those when filtering Team Favorites in the dropdown.

    I accidentally deleted the automatic/given title of the page: ALL ABOUT ME. How do I put it back?

    You can click the UNDO button in the upper right corner or easily add it back by clicking the Add Text button on the tray and then click the green Add Text button
