April Smith January 09, 2015 18:41 Found the "Is this a teacher?" button under information. Guess I asked for help too soon. Aaron Greco January 09, 2015 18:42 Nice work April! We have 2 students that have left us this year and I want to move them from the auto-flow to a separate page. Aaron Greco March 11, 2015 20:31 Hi Christina, Here's an article that walks you through step by step for moving portraits between portrait sections or to a regular photo folder where you can add it to the page by dragging and dropping. https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200016765-How-do-I-Copy-or-Move-Photos-between-Folders-or-Portrait-Sections- Jack Leach April 17, 2015 17:38 Anybody know what the red outline means on autoflow pages? Aaron Greco April 17, 2015 17:39 The red outline just indicates that it's an auto-flow page. Also that it's on fire. Not really. ;) M Keeling April 19, 2016 03:38 Thank you, just going to ask that one. Edited by M Keeling April 19, 2016 03:39 Rita Jetty October 17, 2016 20:34 how do you unlock the auto flow lock to edit pages Debbie October 17, 2016 21:02 Hi Rita - When a chief editor is in the Manage Portrait Auto Flow making changes to the sections, all Auto Flow pages in the yearbook will be locked so that other chief and staff editors can't edit the pages. Chief editors can lock other chief and staff editors out of the portrait pages when they are on a page turning cells on and off. There is more info about the locking and unlocking of Auto Flow pages in this Help Center article: https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207907526--Portrait-Auto-Flow-Updates- Annie Overman February 09, 2018 20:07 How can i separate pages in autoflow. I would like to have portraits on one side of a page and the other side of the page open instead of all the portraits together.
