Canceling An Order Before the Deadline

If you placed an order before the purchasing deadline in error, you can cancel it online.

1. Log into your account and click on your name or the gear icon in the right corner of the page. This will take you to your Account Settings.

2. Scroll down to Orders.  This is where you can see your order history.  Find the order you want to cancel and click on Cancel.

3. Confirm that you want to cancel the order. You will see that the order was canceled. You will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation.

If the order is over 120 days old you will not be able to cancel it online and you will be notified to contact customer support.

If the order does not have the cancel option and shows In Production, it cannot be cancelled.

    I need to cancel yearbook for Joshua Bang, Stratford Elementary school. Joshua has Middle school year book ordered. The account doesn't separate payments for two kids so I am unable to cancel one for Joshua only.

    Hi Helen - When an order is placed for more than one student you can't cancel only part of the order. Please cancel the entire order and then place new separate orders for the correct schools. You can cancel the order in your Account Settings in the Orders section.

    I realized after placing the order for our homeschool cooperative that I did not include the customized family's pages for an additional book that was purchased (the family wanted two books with the same personal pages.) Is there a way this can be done once an order has been placed?

    Hi Marie - Yes, custom pages can be created after the yearbook has been purchased. They must be completed and set to print ready by the deadline date to be printed in the yearbook.

    Hello, I cancelled a family's duplicate order today. Will a refund appear on their credit card billing or will TR send a refund check? Thanks for any info!

    Hi Melissa - Since you were able to successfully cancel the order online the parent will receive a refund back to their credit card within 5-7 business days.
