Default Styling Options for Backgrounds and Graphics, Photos, Text, and Margins

So exciting! Now you can set defaults for your backgrounds and graphics, the styling of your photos, and your text. And you can set margins on all of your pages.

1. Log in and select Yearbook

2. Select #3 Edit Styling

3. Select the default styling that will be applied to new pages, photos, and text and set page margins.

Selecting a Theme: Choosing a theme will set your default for backgrounds and graphics for your book. It only applies to newly created pages and will not change any pages already created. Pages are still 100% editable and themes can be mixed and matched. If you want to choose or change the theme, click on the one you want and Select.

Photo Styling: This setting allows you to set the default styling when adding new photos to a page. You can set the frame, shape, shadow effect, glow effect, and the font for captions. It will not affect any photos/photo boxes already on the page.

You can also save additional presets for a quick way to apply styles to photos. The style preset will be added to the selections in the dropdown box.

Text Styling: This setting allows you to set the default styling when adding new text to a page. It will not affect any text/text boxes already on the page.

You can also save additional presets for a quick way to apply styles to text already on a page. The style preset will be added to the selections in the dropdown box.

Margins: Turn on this feature to set a consistent amount of space around the edge and center gutter. This will not move anything you have already placed on the page. After you enable the margins and go to a page, select a photo and the margin will appear preventing content from being moved into the outside margin area.
