Setting Custom Pages to Print Ready

When you have completed the custom pages you must set them to print ready so that they will be printed in your yearbook.

Exclamation_Point.pngIF YOU DO NOT SET THE CUSTOM PAGES TO PRINT READY THEY WILL NOT BE PRINTED IN YOUR YEARBOOK.

1. Log in and select #5 Edit Book.

2. You will see the overview of your completed custom pages and that the Print Ready button is set to NO. Change the button to YES.

3. Review the custom pages and confirm they are ready to print by selecting the green I Confirm These Pages are Ready to Print button.

4. If your book has been purchased and you do not want to add more custom pages select Custom Pages Are Ready.

5. Print ready is confirmed! You can share the pages with Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, or email. Close out of the screen.

6. If you want to order a poster or art block frame of the custom pages click on the orange Buy Poster or Art Block Frame. If you do not want to place an order for a poster or art block frame close the window.

7. Change the quantity and Click on Select Quantities and Continue. Follow the prompts to pay for the poster and/or art block frame.

8. Now you will see that the Print Ready button is YES.

Please update your website so it's easy to use on a tablet. I can't get to anything except help.

Hi Julynn - Currently you need to access the TreeRing site on your computer to work on custom pages. We will add your suggestion to our list of feature requests! Thanks!

i purchased my book and then did the custom pages…will this be included in the book i just purchased or do i have to purchase another one?

  • Avatar

Hi Kristine - No you do not need to purchase another yearbook. Make sure you set the custom pages to print ready. Also check in the Status section of your homepage so that you see the green check mark for 1. Buy Yearbook and 5. Print Ready Personal Pages. The check marks mean everything is all set!

Well, the print ready finally caught up with my edits, or actually it was the reverse, so I had to re-do several edits. :-( But, it's all done now. However, I can't just delete this comment.

It is after the deadline for ordering the yearbook, can i still have the 2 custom pages? i tired, but when selecting print ready it simply said to contact support if i want the two pages.

Hi Amir - You can still get the 2 custom pages but you must set them to print ready before you place your after deadline order. I have cancelled your order so you can now log in, set the pages to print ready first and place another order.

Is it possible to edit your already done custom pages if you have print readied them, it's past the deadline to print ready them, but the process is still in the editing stage? I do not need my order cancelled but I was just wondering if you can still edit them.

Hi Evan - Yes, you still have time to set your custom pages back to Print Ready NO and edit the pages. Please complete the pages and set back to Print Ready YES within 24 hours.

How long is the editing stage usually? I'm just a little worried since it shows I print-readied them past the deadline even though I had it done before then, just made small changes later.

Hi Evan - You are seeing the editing status in your print status because your school has not completed the book. Your custom pages are complete, set to print ready, and will print in your book. When the school sets the book to print ready we will proceed with printing all of the books.

How do I post one of my completed custom pages to Facebook? When I selected the option after I changed to status to print ready and clicked on the Facebook option, the first custom page appeared in Facebook - I wanted to post just the last custom page.

Hi Erich - When more than 2 custom pages are created and shared on Facebook after setting the pages to print ready only the first 2 pages are shared.

I picked up my daughters year book from last year yesterday. I was a little sad when the custom pages I had created did not get put in the book. I guess I totally missed this. Is there any way fix it?
If not, at least I will know for this next year, right.

Hi April - I have checked your daughter's pages and I do not see that they have been created. Log in and click on View All Years to view the 15-16 custom page spread. You can still create the pages, set them to print ready, and purchase another book.

Hi Kimberly - Before you set your custom pages to print ready you first need to create them. Start by uploading photos to TreeRing. This article will help! https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207905373-Uploading-Photos
Then add the photos to your custom pages. https://treering.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207787296-Adding-Photos-to-Custom-Pages
You can also add text and graphics! Have fun!

    Hi,
I have twins and was able to complete the purchase of the extra pages for one child but can't find a way to do it for the second. My first child's was already in the cart but my second's wasn't. The deadline is today but we are supposed to have until midnight. Please help! The button to flip to print pages is no longer there for either child but I was able to complete the first one because I addded it to my cart a few days ago, meaning to finish them then but didn't. Thanks!

Also, i am using my iPhone because my laptop wouldn't load TreeRing properly when I tried to set it up a few weeks ago. My phone has been fine with all of it until today. I think the button is missing because today is the deadline?
