Print Ready - Edits or Orders Needed After Setting the Book to Print Ready

When you set the book to print ready, that is our signal to begin the production process. Book errors and/or order issues can be corrected after you set the book to print ready. The book will need to be taken out of print ready to take care of these issues.

1. Log in and select Print Status.

2. In Print Status when you see the orange Stop Everything! button it means you still have time to stop the production process and edit your book or place more orders. When you select Stop Everything! it will unlock your book taking it out of production. Make the edits and/or place the orders and set the book back to print ready making sure you go through the complete process. Your delivery date will automatically change to 4 weeks from the date you set the book back to print ready.

If you go to Print Status and you do not see the orange Stop Everything! button it means that it is too late for the book to be edited. It has already moved to Print.

3. Are you sure you want to Stop Everything? If you are sure select Yes, Stop Everything!

4. This is confirmation that everything with the production of your book has successfully been stopped. Select OK.

5. Go back to your yearbook and you will see that the Print Ready button is now set to NO.

6. Make the edits and/or place orders and when you are done set the book back to Print Ready YES. You will need to go through the complete Print Ready process again.

    What if you placed your order and paid for it as well as expedited shipping, but you need to add to your order?

    Hi Kristin - You will need to stop everything again and place another order to be included in the bulk shipment to the school. Depending on how many more books you order, your expedited shipping fee may change. If the new expedited shipping fee is different than what you paid you will need to select and pay again. Your previous charge will be refunded.

    what if you have ordered the books and they have been delivered and you want to do a reorder with changes?

    Hi Hellen - You will need to contact customer support and request that the book is unlocked for editor edits. After the edits are done we can set the book back to print ready and you can place more orders.

    I just placed an order for this past year's yearbook (I think) and it didn't give me the option of entering my home address for shipping, which is what I was told would happen by our school. Is there still a way to get it to ship to my home instead of the school?

    Actually, I see that I might have placed an order for the upcoming year's edition by accident. Any way to correct this?

    Hi Cynthia - Yes! Go to your account settings by clicking on your name in the top toolbar. Scroll down to find the order and click on Cancel. This will cancel the order for the 16-17 book.
