Adding Custom Pages to the Correct Child

If you have more than one child at the school, sometimes custom pages are created for the wrong child. Or you have created the custom pages for the wrong school year. You can easily add the correct custom pages to the correct child.

1. Log in and select Edit Book.

2. Select Add Pages.

3. Select My Pages.

4. Use the filters to find the custom pages you have already created. You can find custom pages you have deleted and created in different school years.

5. When you have found the page spread, click on it and Select it to be added to the correct child.

I have bought yearbooks for 5 kids. How do I create separate custom pages for each of them? I want each book to have a separate custom page. Thanks!

Hi Erin - I have added you as the parent to the students. You can now create custom pages for each student by selecting their name in the Viewing box located on the upper left side of your homepage.

I had purchased a yearbook in the fall, but wasn't able to log in to our account. I now have access to the account, but it wants me to order a new yearbook. Howe can I access the other yearbook so that I can personalize the yearbook? Thanks, Kris

Hi Kris - The order is not attached to your account. I see that you submitted your question to customer support so I will assist you there.

Hi! I created my two custom pages for my oldest son, but when I click on my other kids to make their pages, it automatically fills their book in with their brothers pages. I don't want to erase what I've done for him when I swap them out for the other kids I need to make pages for. Any help would be great. Thank you!

Hi Elizabeth - I see that you created the pages for your son but I do not see those pages being added for your other children. When you log in, select the child from the Viewing box in the upper left side of the screen. You should see just the template pages for your other children.

I do that and it automatically pulls up Max's page. When I go back to yearbook and select a different child, it shows that child's name. Then when I click on "edit" it flips back to Max's page again. It won't let me edit a different child. Tried it 5 times in a row and it let me edit it on the 5th.  Hopefully it saves correctly.  Thanks!

I have the same problem and very disappointed 😞 about it. I could not add photos to free pages,it shows me Buy another copy , Buy & Edit,Memories and no more options ... there had to be costomizing options in the App account. I could not add photos to these two free pages.

Hi, I have the same problem as Debbie. I have 3 children and want to make a different custom pages for each child. Is there a way to change myself to parent? Or is that something you guys have to do?

Hi Megan - I have added you as the parent for your 3 children. Now when you log in you will see all of them listed in the Viewing dropdown. I am creating a ticket so I can assist you with getting the custom pages and a purchase attached to the correct child.
