Upgrading Books to Hardcover for an Existing Order

Sometimes when you place a bulk order for multiple students you discover at a later time that you need to upgrade some of the books from softcover to hardcover. Here's how you can do it!

1. Log in and select People/Orders.

2. Go to All Orders and find the student for the upgrade. Select Upgrade. (You will only be able to upgrade one student at a time.)

3. Select Options and Continue.

4. Enter your Payment Method. You can pay by credit card or check. If you need to upgrade many students and want to pay for them all at once, select Invoice as the payment method. Select Pay and Finish.
