Managing the People In Your School Community

It is important to have all of your community lists up to date. Within the lists you can delete and edit the people currently in your school community.

1. Log in and select Editor Tools.

2. Select People. Students & Parents, Teachers & Others, and the Yearbook Team can be managed here by selecting the appropriate list.

3. These edits can be made when you select the Gear Icon in the Actions Column for particular Students & Parents and Teachers & Others:

  • View Pages
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link

4. These edits can be made when you select the Gear Icon in the Actions Column for particular Yearbook Team Members:
