Uploading Photos: Editors

1. Log in and select Shared Photos.

2. Select Editor Only Folders.

Note: Uploading photos directly into your Editor Only Folders ensures that only editors can see and use them.

3. Select the folder where you want the photo(s) uploaded.

4. Select Add Photos.

5. Select where your photos are saved - My Computer, Facebook, Flickr, Instagram, Google Drive, Dropbox, or TreeRing My Photos or Shared Folders.

6. When using My Computer as the photo source, select the photo(s) to upload and select Open. (To select multiple photos at once, hold down the CTRL key on a PC or COMMAND key on a Mac.)

7. You can tag students and add a caption to the photos. Select Minimize to remove the box from view. The photos will continue to upload.

8. In Options you can see the photo details or delete the photo. Select Close when you are done.

9. After the upload, you will see the photo in the Editor Only Folder.

You can upload photos to Shared Folders using the same steps as above. Begin with selecting Shared Folders.

You can upload photos by selecting All Shared Photos.

1. Select Add Photos.

 2. Select where your photos are saved.

3. Do you want to share this photo with your school? Select Yes - I want to share or No - Keep 'em private.

4. If you are sharing the photo you will need to select a shared folder.

5. You can tag students and add a caption to the photos. Select Minimize to remove the box from view. The photos will continue to upload.
