If you are not sure if you placed an order for your child(ren), you can check in your Account Settings.
1. Log in and for the current yearbook, you will see if a yearbook has been purchased. (You can also buy another copy from here.)
Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings to view your order details and order history.
2. In Settings select Orders. You will see a complete list of the orders you have placed. This will include orders from previous years and orders which have been canceled.
Note: This is where you can cancel an order or upgrade the book to a hardcover.
If you are still unsure if a yearbook has been ordered for your child, contact customer support and we can look into it for you.
